 At Fat Cat Seeds, every order is handled with care from the moment it is placed to the moment it is shipped. Below is a simple overview of how orders are processed. 

 Once an order is placed, it is added to our order queue and prepared for processing. Orders are handled in the order they are received whenever possible.

 Seeds are measured and packaged carefully to ensure the correct quantity is included. Many of our seed mixes are created in small batches and prepared by hand.

Our goal is to provide high-quality seeds while ensuring each order is handled with care.

Each order is packaged securely to protect the seeds during shipping.

Orders may also include helpful planting guides or growing tips to help gardeners succeed with their flowers.

Once the order is packaged, a shipping label is created and tracking information is provided.

Most orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.item.

 Delivery times vary depending on location. Because many of our seed mixes are prepared to order, processing time may take approximately 1–7 days before shipment. Once shipped, most orders arrive within a few days depending on USPS delivery times. 

 Any store that handles a large number of orders may occasionally experience an issue. What matters most is how the situation is handled.
